Picture
Lori McGee is a Vancouver, British Columbia, artist and has been painting since 1998 after attending Emily Carr School of Art. She is an active member of the Federation of the Canadian Artists and has been with Artists In Our Midst since 1998.  She travels extensively and this experience is reflected in her work with the color and mood of the places she has visited. Lori's work has two main foci. First an ongoing interest in paintings of flowers, gardens and house interiors, and secondly in vivid mixed media abstract images drawn from the landscapes of Australia and Canada with which she is familiar. She paints in water color, acrylic and mixed media.
